Finance, Talent and Technology Management Forum

DESCRIPTION

The Finance, Talent and Technology Management Forum convenes over 250 United Way finance, talent and technology professionals to support the sharing of knowledge, experience and expertise, as we work together to implement change in our communities. The forum is an important time to for United Way operations staff members to network with their peers, learn new skills and to re-energize themselves around their United Way’s operational efforts. United Way staff attendees will include CFOs, Controllers, Finance and Accounting Directors, Human Resource Directors and Technology Directors.

This year's theme, "United We All Win," will emphasize the importance of all United Way functional areas working together to advance the operational branch of our organization.

The registration fee is $995.00 USD, prior to Monday, September 11.
The registration fee is $1,095.00 USD, after Monday, September 11.

SCHOLARSHIP ELIGIBILITY:

 A scholarship of $250 will be automatically calculated for small city United Ways (with less than $1 million in current year support) and State organizations. International United Ways outside of Canada will also receive a $250 scholarship. Correctly entering your organization number is critical​.

FLEX CREDITS

Flex credits are available to use for the Finance, Talent and Technology Management Forum for the following items:

  • Registration fees (volunteers qualify if a United Way staff person is attending the same learning opportunity or conference)
  • Some travel costs such as airfare, rental car, or mileage (only one form of travel reimbursement, rental car, mileage, or airfare is allowed with a maximum of $500 per trip)
  • Daily per diem – a combination of the hotel room rate, plus taxes and any meal not included during a learning opportunity

Please click here to access your United Way flexible credit balance. If you choose to use Flex Credits to pay for this event, when you get to the payment screen while registering, choose “Flex Credits” from the drop-down payment box. You will need to enter your organization number in the box provided if you choose the flex credit payment option.

All travel reimbursement from flex credits is submitted and processed after the event is over. Each registrant will receive an online travel reimbursement form within 5 business days of the program completion. Once this form is sent, it must be completed within 10 business days, after which further reimbursements cannot be processed. You do not need to keep your receipts to fill out this form, though we do encourage you to keep them for your records.
